Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and the advisory services offered by Fiduciale Advisory Pty Ltd ("Fiduciale", "we", "us"). By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Who we help
Fiduciale provides legal and fiduciary guidance to private individuals in Australia. We do not act for companies. Our services cover areas such as wills and estates, inheritance, family matters, contracts, and consumer and tenancy questions.
General guidance and engagements
Information on this website and our initial replies are general in nature and do not create a lawyer-client relationship on their own. A formal engagement begins only when we have agreed a written scope of work and a fixed quote, and you have accepted it.
No guaranteed outcomes
The law depends on the specific facts of each situation. We give honest, considered guidance, but we do not and cannot promise any particular result. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.
Fees
Asking an initial question is free of charge. Where formal work is required, we agree a fixed quote in writing before any chargeable work begins. You will not be invoiced for work you have not agreed to.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your situation.
- Tell us promptly of any changes that may affect your matter.
- Use the guidance we provide only for your own personal circumstances.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided for the relevant matter. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
